VEX Robotics Competition Season 2023-2024

For Rising 6th to 8th Graders This Fall

We at Blaze Robotics Academy have a history of success.  Each year, our VEX V5 middle school teams have qualified for the State Championship and the World Championship.


 
  • Program Audience: Entering Grade 6, 7, 8 this fall.
  • Season 2023 -2024: September 2023 to March 2024 (May if team advanced to the World.)
  • Full Team Fee: $TBD per student from September 2023 to March 2024. (Additional fee will be applied if the team advanced to the World.)

STUDENTS WILL BE:

  • Challenged to think critically and divergently

  • Developing computational thinking

  • Becoming comfortable with iteration

  • Valuing the importance of learning from failure

  • Learning about jobs of the future

  • Mentored and taught by highly qualified professionals

  • Encouraged to develop a growth mindset

  • Exposed to the newest and most advanced technology

2023-2024 VEX Robotics Competition

The VEX Robotics Competition, presented by the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation, is the largest and fastest-growing middle school and high school robotics program globally. Each year, an exciting engineering challenge is presented in the form of a game. Students, with guidance from their teachers and mentors, build innovative robots and compete year-round.

In addition to learning valuable engineering skills, students gain life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, communication, collaboration, project management, and critical thinking. The VEX Robotics Competition prepares students to become future innovators with 95% of participants reporting an increased interest in STEM subject areas and pursuing STEM-related careers.
